Hi. To know how to make name badges in Word, first open MS-Word and open a blank document and ensure that it is left open. Then, in the mailings menu, click on create group and then select the labels option. Address box needs to be left blank. Click on options so as to select the label type. Choose the type of label from the options available and then click on OK. Then, click on the full page of the same label from print option and then select the new document. Click on layout and then on table to view the gridlines after word creates a document containing sheets of labels. Type the text that is needed on the labels and format it according to your need. After you are done, save the document or print it as required. Hope we helped.
