Hello all, I am having a problem with outlook not loading emails to my inbox. I am unable to download the emails as some problem has occurred in my Outlook.

First, Verify if you have created any filter in Outlook, if yes then remove it and check again.
You can also try to reset Outlook views by using the command shown below:
Click Start, then type ‘Outlook /cleanviews’ under the search command and files. Do not use the quotes.

 
Remember that there is a gap between Outlook and ‘/.’
If these steps fail, then you may create a new profile and verify the status. I hope this will help you.

If you use Microsoft Office Outlook as email client but you are not receiving any messages, check that the account you created in Microsoft Office Outlook is configured with the correct IMAP or POP settings.
