If you have a problem with Microsoft Office Outlook and the email client completely doesn’t open, try to uninstall and reinstall it. If you have the entire Microsoft Office suite installed, you can disable this feature from the package. Click “Start”, “Control Panel” then set the view to “Small icons” on the upper right corner of the screen. Click “Programs and Features” then scroll down and select Microsoft Office.

Click “Change”. On the next screen, make sure “Add or Remove Features” is selected then click “Continue”. In “Installation Options”, click the down arrow for Microsoft Outlook then select “Not Available”. Click “Continue” then follow the instructions.

When it is finished, click “OK” then restart the computer. After booting, repeat the same steps then in “Installation Options”, set Microsoft Outlook to “Run from My Computer”. See if this works.
