You can easily create a new public folder for a shared calendar in Outlook 2010 as follows:
Once the process of configuring your public folder environment is complete, you can begin to create the Calendar folder by using Microsoft Outlook 2010.
Open Outlook and browse to the folders list.
Expand your Public Folders and All Public Folders until the root public folder you created earlier appears.
Then, right-click on this root folder and click New Folder just to create a Shared Calendar folder.
