I have Windows 8.1 running on my system. I am attempting to use juniper network connect 8, but it is not working.

I have no clue how to resolve such a fault.

I was having a similar problem when I had an upgrade from Windows 8.0 to the 8.1 Pro Preview. I use Juniper 8 as well.

I resolved this fault by executing these steps:

1) First, remove the Virtual Adapter “phantom” in Juniper Network Connect.

2) Uninstall Juniper from your computer.

3) Install Juniper again.
