Hi. I am a professional working for an IT company. I was looking forward to installing either one of hosted exchange or Office 365. Which one is better among hosted exchange vs. office 365? Thanks in advance. Please reply ASAP.

Hi. The better among hosted exchange vs. office 365 is as follows-

1) If you choose hosted exchange, you are likely to have more number of options to choose from regarding the version to run it on.

2) Using hosted exchange, you will automatically get upgraded to the latest versions of the Exchange server which are now available including 2010, 2013 and 2016.

3) With hosted exchange, you get an unlimited mailbox to send as well as receive some emails.

4) Office 365 on the other hand, is a collection of apps such as MS-Word, Excel, Yammer, etc.

5) As soon as updates are released by Microsoft, it gets installed on Office 365 and thus, with this, you are able to use the latest features available

6) With Office 365, all the upgrades to the latest version are free. You can select either of the two options as per your requirements.
