I was doing some research on various timelines and calendars. I started off with the Nepali calendar and got stuck right away. There is no explanation as to how to convert Nepali date to English date.

All I find are ready-made converters on the web. Can I get a list of the Nepali months and the corresponding English months? Thank you for any help!

Well, the reason why you are unable to procure ample information about the process to convert Nepali date to English date is primarily that, not only does the conversion algorithm require a huge amount of data, but also, there exists no hard and fast formula for the conversion of the Nepali calendar (Baisakh Sambhat) to the Gregorian one.

I can list out the months for you – Baisakh (April-May), Jestha (May-June), Asar (July-August), Shrawan (August-September), Bhadau (September-October), Aswin (October-November), Kartik (November-December), Mansir (December-January), Poush (January-February), Magh (February-March), Falgun (March-April), Chaithra (April-May).
