ClavAV Antivirus have many good reviews. It’s an open source. This Antivirus detect the viruses and move them into a quarantine folder. This is the website where you can download ClavAV, see how to install and learn how to use: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ClamAV

On this site you will see other Antivirus Software https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Antivirus and you can try something else. By ClavAv Antivirus, there are also other software that are good, like Free Avast Linux Home Edition, AVG Antivirus, F-Prot Antivirus for Workstations and BitDefender. They are also free.
