Hello, when I use K-Meleon version 1.1.6. To open an URL, an error message appears. Please find below screenshot for your reference.

The error message is annoying. Could anyone explain why the message appears and any suggestion to solve this issue? Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

Windows cannot fin http://kmeleonbrowser.org/. You may have typed the name incorrectly in the run dialog, or another open program cannot find a system file. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search.

Hi there Sharon W Leary,

As far as I can see, the problem is in the way you try to approach the URL mentioned in the error.

The Windows Run command is used for working on your local machine and can not result with positive results when you enter the external link that should be opened via the browser.

I've checked the URL and known issues with K-Meleon, everything working is fine so just use your favorite internet browser to access the web page instead of using the run command.
