It is unable to pull the stage file from the download directory

Hello TechyV,

Presently we are having Oracle WebLogic Server 11g and Oracle Service Bus 11g in use. FTP Proxy/Business services being used in transferring files.

It has been fine and all okay until a 0KB size file comes into the source folder. At this moment, we get the following error from the server. “…… that it is unable to pull the stage file from the download directory.” And the 0KB file exists in the download directory although it was supposed to be moved to the error directory.

My question is that if there is any method that can ensure that the very files are being removed from the download directory. Or any technique to handle it? Thanks for the help.

Hello Gran Wesner,

When a file is downloaded, it is downloaded in the download drive. The best way of removing it is by going to the download drive, finding the downloaded file and deleting it from that location. The downloaded content is usually stored in the c drive if you are using Microsoft windows.

Hello Gran,

When a file is downloaded, you can find it in the download drive. In order to remove it, go to the download drive, find the downloaded file and then delete it. The downloaded content is usually stored in the C drive of your computer if you are using Microsoft windows.
