Step 1: Go to the directed location: C:\Windows\System32\SPP\Store\2.0.
Step 2: Rename the ‘tokens.dat’ file to the ‘token.old’ file and close the terminal.
Step 3: Open the command prompt as an administrator and run the following command:
• net start sppsvc
• cscript.exe slmgr.vbs /rilc
Wait for the command to execute, then restart the computer.
Step 4: Now, go to Settings > Activation and run the ‘Activation Troubleshooter.’
This should solve the problem.
