Isa 2004 mirc connection problem

Hello,

Here is the situation with isa 2004 mirc connection. I have tried to make mirc connection to mirc server. I tried to do that across isa 2004 server. However, I have got message “unable to resolve server”. May be I need to make specific configuration, please advice me which one?

Isa 2004 mirc connection problem

Hi,

The following steps may help you solve your problem:

1. Check the network settings on your computer. To connect to the server you need to be connected to the internet. Check whether you are connected to the internet or not by opening your web browser and visiting a website.

2. Check the network adapter settings. If the network adapter driver is missing then download it and install it on your computer. If the network adapter is not working, you cannot connect to the server.

3. There may be a problem with the server. So try to connect to the server after some time. Keep trying repeatedly after some time.

4. Contact the support and explain your problem to them. They may help you resolve your problem.
