Hello,

I am using a MacBook Pro. When I try to use iTunes to synchronize iPad/iPod/iPhone, an error message appears. The unknown error is coded 13014. Please find the screenshot of the error message for your reference.

I have no idea why this happened. Could anyone help me to solve this please? Thank you very much.

Hi Michael,

Your problem is not much complicated. All you need to do is just re-install iTunes in your Macbook. To do it, follow these steps:

  1. Open your "Applications" folder,
  2. Delete iTunes from there,
  3. Download the latest iTunes from the iTunes Download Page,
  4. Install iTunes,
  5. Restart your Macbook,

That will do. Everything will run fine after you do this. If that does not solve your problem, your iPhone may be the source of the problem. I would recommend you to reset its settings.

Regards
