Iphone 6 wifi connectivity problem need help

I recently bought an iPhone 6. From its unboxing it had wifi connectivity issues. It connects just fine to the router but would not send or receive data. A data test starts with 10 mbps then drops to 5 then to 0. I Took the phone to the store and they said it could be a problem with that particular device. So I got a replacement. The replacement has the same exact issue. But as my other Apple device work properly So its definitely not a software issue. So i want to ask that is there a problem with the software or with some of the sets ?

Hi Alanjayason,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem. This is caused by the new iOS 8 that came installed on your phone. Follow these simple steps below to resolve the problem, here goes:

1. Reset your iOS 8 networking settings. You can do this by going to the Settings App, then go to General, then go to Reset and then go to Reset Network Settings and press it.

2. If step 1 didn't work Disable the Wi-Fi System Service Setting. Go to Settings App, then go to Privacy, then go to Location Services and then go to System Services. Flip the switch to turn off the Wi-Fi Networking.

I hope this helped!
