IPhone 6 cannot access icloud

I purchased an unlocked iPhone and everything else functions well except the iCloud. Whenever I try accessing it, it just swirls and displays an error message. It is not a problem with my internet connectivity because it just works fine on my friend's iPhone. Can anyone advise me how to go about it?

IPhone 6 cannot access icloud

Hello Berta,

I'm suspecting that this has something to do with your iCloud account. I recommend that you the following procedures, please see below:

To determine if the is account related:

1. Access www.icloud.com

2. Enter your credentials

If you are able not able to login, please contact Apple Support for account retrieval or create new account.

Checking the error

1. Open iCloud application in your phone

2. Enter credentials

3. Capture error

If the error has something to do with disabling someone's iCloud, then you will need to contact the previous owner. It's the only way you can disable it.
