Internal Error 2755.3 on Sperry App Installation

I am looking for help to fix an Internal Error 2755.3. This started when trying to install the Sperry application add-in, an error message is coming which says ‘Internal Error 2755.3’ and an error ‘pathname/mapped drive not found’. Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Internal Error 2755.3 on Sperry App Installation

Akohli Hi!!

You are encountering this issue when you are trying to install on a terminal service. To fix this, you have to move the UNC and then put it on the mapped drive.

Internal Error 2755.3 on Sperry App Installation

Hello,

This error only appears to occur when installing on a Terminal Server. The solution is to use a UNC in place of the mapped drive.
