Does anyone know the details of the idea of Intel about setting chips in iPhone or iPad?

Intel wants to get attention from the most popular smartphone companies by revealing new processors for their devices. This way, Intel managed to attract Apple to do business with them. It is still unclear but some think that the two companies will start to collaborate soon. Intel also helped Apple to shift the PowerPC processors to Intel processors on the Mac. I have no doubt that they are trying to convince Apple to change the processors on iPhones or iPads. That is a smart idea from Intel and will bring them besides a large profit, the popularity they need to sell their products.
