Installing and uninstalling error has occurred

Hi expert pro,

I am getting this error message often in the computer and it makes me more tired and irritated. This error appears when I do some changes like installing a new program or application and also when I uninstall a program in the computer. How to avoid this error? Can somebody help me to solve the problem? Your help is really great. Thanks.

Installing and uninstalling error has occurred

Ensure that you have administrative privilege in the system where you are working and performing installation and un-installations.  This type of error appears during install/uninstall of a program from your computer. You can approach to solve the problem in two ways firstly you may want to perform a system restore to a earlier point where this error was not happening.

Alternatively, you can install any standard registry cleaning software preferably windows registry repair utility and performs a scan on the registry and fixes all of them. This should solve the problem with Faulting Module “ntdll.dll" error

The error you are seeing that appears every now and then belongs to the application 1Password. It is an application designed for both Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows that lets you remember all the passwords you are using on your computer. Normally, 1Password is available and can be used for a limited period of 30 days.

If you have this on your computer, it is possible that the application has already expired and reached the 30-day limit for users to use this trial version. Check again if you are using the trial version of 1Password or the paid version which doesn’t expire. If you are using the trial version, uninstall it to make the error disappear permanently.

In case you are using the paid version, try downloading the latest version from 1Password for Windows. It supports Windows XP and Windows 7 though users have reported that it works perfectly on Microsoft Windows Vista. The following web browsers are supported:

• x86 Mozilla Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Safari
