I am having a problem to install the Solid Edge v15. The operating system of my PC is Windows 7. Each time I try to install, it gets stuck at certain stage and the installation process aborts.
Does the Solid Edge v15 not support Windows 7? Please someone help me out.

Hello Kylie,
One reason why you may be getting that error is because you are trying to install a Solid Edge version that is not compatible to the operating system that you’re currently using. You will need to check the system specifications of your Windows 7 and ensure that the Solid Edge version you are installing is supported.
To do that:
-
Go to Start on your computer and then locate Computer.
-
Right click on it, and the choose Properties.
-
In the window that will open, check the version of Windows you are using. Check whether it supports 32 bit or 64 bit applications.
-
After that you can get the right Solid Edge version and install it.

Carl
