They said the Siri is good application for iPhone 4s. I want to Siri on my iPhone 4s. Do you think it would be possible to install it even without a proxy?

If you have an iPhone 4S, you don’t need to install Siri, because Siri application is included in iPhone 4S, except on the older iDevice Generation.
You just need to activate Siri on your iPhone 4S. and also Siri need internet connection so you must be able to connect to internet to use Siri.
To activate Siri on your iPhone 4S, follow these instruction below :
1. Tap on Setting on your iPhone 4S homescreen
2. In setting screen, tap on General
3. In General screen, tap on Siri and turn the feature on.
To try Siri application hold down the HOME button for 3 or 4 seconds and the little Siri mic will pop up and beep, waiting for your question.

If you can't find Siri on General screen, maybe it's because Siri is turned off in RESTRICTIONS setting,
Tap on Setting > choose "General" then > choose "restrictions" > tap on "Enable Restriction" if restriction is still disable > Turn on Siri in restrictions list app > Siri will shown in General.

If you simply want to have Siri, you don’t need to look for it to install it. The Apple iPhone 4s Smartphone comes pre-installed with the Siri natural language virtual assistant app. To use or access Siri, press and hold on the Home button and ask her what you want.
