I was having problem when installing. I was install the Microsoft office 2011 for the update.
As it continue the steps installing, it was fail. The error appears that it was not process to update.

You are using linux operating system on your computer. Are you sure that the installer you are using to perform the update is linux based? Because you may be mistakenly using a windows microsoft office 2011 update to perform the upgrade of your linux system. But in case the update is linux based, you will need to try the following workaround:

If you are updating from a CD, make sure that the CD does not have issues. For instance, the CD should not be having fractures or dust that may prevent data from it from being read.

The update you are trying to install may be corrupt, and in that case you will need to contact the store you bought it from and demand for a replacement.
