Install Hotfix to install Inventor 2012

Why do I need to download and install Hotfix in order to install Inventor 2012 on my Windows Vista? Any ideas?

Install Hotfix to install Inventor 2012

 

It is because the file is need for the programs to work it is like having .net framework for autodesk. Maybe there are bugs that will occur if you don't install the program that why you need to download the program. I can relate this in real life it is like having a life that is not complete or having missing body parts that you need in your life. So please understand the programs needs it. It is just like you want something or someone to make your like complete and to able to run your life without errors or bugs

Install Hotfix to install Inventor 2012

You need to install Microsoft Hotfix so you can run your Autodesk Investor add-ins without getting any issues. If you don't install Hotfix the common problems you will receive problems such as missing add-ins or the add-ins option will be greyed out in your Inventor UI even though it is listed as registered in your Add-in Manager. If there is an available download for Hotfix, you will need to download it to the Microsoft website.
