Hello,
While I was installing Autodesk Revit 2014 this network failure error appeared and stopped the installation. I have checked the Internet connection and is working just fine but I don’t know what caused this error. Does anyone know something about this error ? What is causing it ?

Actually, if you are doing the installation of any program directly from the web or the online installation, receiving a “network failure” doesn’t only refer to the internet connection of your computer but to your connection’s speed as well. It is possible that the installation will throw the network failure error and yet your computer has an active internet connection.
This is because you are doing an online installation and the process expects a fast connection or maybe an acceptable speed. But if you have a very slow internet connection, the downloading of the installation files will be prolonged and if the connection gets really or extremely slow, the installation wizard might terminate the entire installation process and throw that network failure error.
There are online installations where the installation wizard expects or is set to a certain time limit before terminating the entire process. Since you are still on the installation phase of Autodesk Revit 2014, why not consider downloading the offline installer instead of doing the online installation. If you already have your license for Autodesk Revit 2014, you can download an offline installer from Autodesk Revit 2014 Offline Installer.
This download is an ISO file. You need to have a virtual drive on your computer and mount it to begin the installation. Another way is to burn the image in a blank DVD. When burning, burn the ISO file as a disc image and not as a file.
