How we increase the hardware speed of the processor?i have my college assignment and deadline to submit it is 22/12/2012.please solve this.

To increase the hardware speed of the processor we have the following three steps which are given below.

we can increase the hardware speed of processor due to shrinking the size of logic gates,and these logic gates are on the processor chip. This is because that more gate can be combined together more tightly and also due to increasing the rate of the clock.The time for signals is reduced due to when the gates are closer together.An individual operation are executed rapidly when increase in clock rate.

Make changes to processor organization as well as architecture that ll surly increase the speed of execution.

Increase the size and speed of caches between main memory and processor.

Improvement in chip organization and architecture

One can increase the hardware speed by implementing the following methods.

• By increasing the clock speed of processor.
•  By reducing the number of tasks at the same time. 
•  By a good programming so that there is no programming error you are using to run.
•  By fetching the errors that can cause the processor to be slow. 
•  By keeping an eye on virus and by performing a virus scan when ever possible.
•  By implementing a new hardware to your computer.
•  By using the hardware in a proper way.

These are the things you can work around to increase the speed of processor.
