Hello,
When I join the microscope in the USB port and then try to select on the icon capture key, the software "images plus" is unsuccessful.
I think, you will be able to give me a solution. Please help.

“Images plus” is unsuccessful while selecting the icon capture key
Dear Larsen, you have not updated your images plus software to the latest version. Download the latest version and thereafter try to connect with the microscope. As images plus don't have that much capability to work with microscope as it was having other bunch of bugs even too. The newer version is far better and compatible with healthy list of devices, including microscope.
