So here are a few steps might these would help you-

  • Troubleshoot problems related to windows update
  • Go to start>>>Run>>>enter SFC/scan now this may help you to fix your issue.
  • If you like, you may reinstall your Internet Explorer
  • It can be possible that internet explore ordinal is not present in dynamic link library, due to which the issue may arise in that case, please update your IE

Since the problem started after updating the operating system, it could be the update that affected the browser. Try reinstalling Microsoft Internet Explorer. Since you cannot literally “uninstall” Microsoft Internet Explorer because it is built-in to the operating system, you can disable it in Microsoft Windows. Disabling this feature from the operating system is the same as uninstalling it.

By disabling and re-enabling Microsoft Internet Explorer, it’s like you also uninstalled and reinstalled the browser. To disable it in the operating system, click “Start”, “Control Panel” then “Add or Remove Programs”. In the “Add or Remove Programs” screen, click “Add/Remove Windows Components” on the left pane. In the “Windows Components Wizard” screen, scroll down and look for “Internet Explorer”.

Uncheck it, click “Next” then follow the instructions. Now, Microsoft Internet Explorer has been uninstalled or disabled. To reinstall it, follow the same steps then in the “Windows Components Wizard” screen, check “Internet Explorer” then click “Next” and follow the instructions. Now, try and see if Microsoft Internet Explorer is working properly. See if this works. If this doesn’t fix the problem, just use a different browser.

Download any of the following web browsers as alternative to Microsoft Internet Explorer:
