IE7 randomly shuts down after upgrading to Vista

Hello experts,

After upgrading to Vista, I am configuring my IE7 add-ons. I configured it like how I did it in IE6.

But then I am facing an error; IE7 randomly shuts down.

I don’t want to reinstall Vista. Should I just uninstall IE7 and reinstall it?

Would that solve the problem?

Need a solution.

Thanks in advance.

I will give you possible solutions for your problem.

1. Please update your antivirus and have a full system scan (You must have a Good and trusted antivirus I recommend using Kaspersky and Norton).

2. Has a registry cleaner and fixer I will give you a link to the program that I am using http://www.piriform.com/Ccleaner/download.

Please download and install the program and Run it. Click on the registry and scan for issues and it will fix it.

3. Try reinstalling the Internet Explorer 7 why not use Google Chrome? Or other browsers they are far better that Internet explorer 7 but if you don't want to change I recommend you downloading the latest Internet Explorer version.

Hi silver,

It seems you are having huge loads of malware activity on your PC, Go to start and then click run or just press win key + r for shortcut and then type %temp% and press enter and now you see a folder delete all the contents of the folder and ignore those files which can't be deleted and then again open run.

Go to start and then click run or just press win key + r for shortcut and then type msconfig and click on services and tick hide all Microsoft services and you will see a list of checkboxes removing everything that you don't use or know and now click on the startup tab and remove everything that you don't use or you don't know please don't remove video drivers and antivirus. And then download an install a good antivirus I recommend Kaspersky.

Recommend Kaspersky internet security 2012
