Hi everyone,

I have bought my new iPad and not have enough knowledge about using this item. During saving my data I have received this storage error. I tried to manage the storage in settings but could not properly reach there. Can you please tell me step wise step to fix this error? It will be appreciated. Thanks!

Not Enough Storage

This iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available.

You can manage your storage in Settings.

The storage problem in your case is not about the storage on your Apple iPad but with your current storage capacity in your iCloud storage service. That’s the reason why your iPad can’t be backed up using iCloud because your iCloud storage capacity is almost full and the current backup that you will be doing will not fit in the remaining storage space.

If you’ve used your iCloud storage in your previous backups, try deleting your oldest backup to free up some space. By default, Apple offers 5 GB of free iCloud space to everyone that is, for every Apple ID and not per device. To see how much space is still available, go to Settings, iCloud, and then tap “Storage & Backup”.

Every iOS device you own automatically backs up the data your installed applications use to its iCloud account. The backing up happens when the device is locked, plugged in, and or connected to Wi-Fi. To use less space for backup, tap Manage Storage then look at the list under Next Backup Size. Disable apps that you think don’t need to be backed up.

The Delete Backup button is used if you have an old device that you no longer use and it appears in the list you can tap Delete Backup to delete the whole backup.
