I have an XBOX 360. I am trying to play a video game on it. But whenever I launch a video game on it, I get an error code 999 on the XBOX device. I can’t play any games. Please help.

Try any one of the solutions below to solve your problems.
- Make sure that your XBOX is properly connected to the TV
- Make sure the video game’s CD is not pirated.
- Install the XBOX firmware once again.
- Make sure there is a valid internet connection available
- Make sure the game’s CD is not corrupted.
- Make sure the saved games folder has not crashed.
- Clear the saved games memory and launch the game once again.
