METHOD-1 For this method, you have to login Outlook by Exchange account (by which you have created the OST files). Now to export the OST mailboxes to PST:
- Firstly, Go through Files and then Open & Export and now choose Import & Export.
- Them, click Export to a file.
- Now, choose the second option (Outlook Data File (.pst)).
- Click on the folder that you want to export.
- In last, go through the location where you want to save the new PST file.
METHOD-2 Outlook emails from the OST file are saved to a PST file after you enable archiving. Follow the given steps to create a mailbox archive and save it to the location you want:
- Firstly, go through File, and choose ‘Options’ in the outlook application.
- Then, after opening the Advanced choose Auto Archive Settings.
- In last, select the number of days (running auto-archiving). Choose the folder to save that archive file.
