I want to get an easy icon maker with library manager

Hi, there are lots of easy icon maker and I’ve downloaded one that’s good. Although, the editor suits me well, I need an icon maker with a library manager like Bridge in adobe so I can easily find the icons I’ve created or currently editing. Do they have one? I also want those icons I have downloaded from the web to be placed in an automatic download folder within the icon manager

IconArt is a highly compact cursor you have the option to draw images from scratch or to import images to convert into icons or cursors. It can also be used to extract .exe or .dll icons, assign folders to icons.

There is a best IconCool Manager which allows you to create, search, manage, store, enlarge, reduce and distribute icons. I will recommend you to download this icon manager. You can easily manage your icons while you are creating these icons. I suggest you to download this manager from the following link.

You just have to place the download folder where you have downloaded icons already. You will find them within the icon manager. I hope it will help a lot.
