I want to do a factory setting restore

I have a Dell Windows 7 Pro PC and it is not working properly. It does not connect to the internet. I've tried restoring to various points with but I did not succeed. I want to do a factory settings restore but cannot seem to do it.  … Please help me resolve this issue, you might have any suggestions on how can I fix this.

I want to do a factory setting restore

Hi,

 

If you want to restore your PC to factory setting, you can do it easily from Control Panel.

 

– Go to Control Panel.

– Select 'System and Security'

– Choose 'Backup and Restore'

– Click on 'Recover system settings or your computer'

– Then click 'Advanced recovery methods'

– Choose 'Return your computer to factory condition'

 

After that, you may choose to backup your current configuration from the next option or you can skip without backup.

I want to do a factory setting restore

For restoring your PC to factory setting, you can simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Control Panel.

2. Select 'System and Security'

3. Choose 'Backup and Restore'

4. Click on 'Recover system settings or your computer'

5. Then click 'Advanced recovery methods'

6. Choose 'Return your computer to factory condition'

The factory restoration wizard will completely restore everything needed to make your computer fully functional.
