I received an error message while installing Mediaportal on my Machine

Hi Experts,

I received an error message while installing Mediaportal on my machine. It has stopped installation throwing an error message. I do not know whether it is a compatibility issue. Is it asking for additional device for installing the Mediaportal?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

An error occurred while loading the plugin file

OnlineVideos.MediaPoratal1.dll.

It’s broken or incompatible with the current MediaPortal version and won’t be loaded.

Hello Jhon,

Your installation is being stopped due to a problem with the setup application that you are using to install, and for that matter you will need to get another setup installation and then use it.  Also check for compatibility issues. Ensure that the setup is compatible with the OS that you are using.

I think you are receiving an error massage because your application is not full. I think there is some file missing in that software. Try a new one or new version. Your operating system can be a problem. So read all the important things about the software and then install the software.
