I received error message when download and dropped the file in Rainlendar

Hello,

I downloaded shadow4_cz. r2skin but when I dropped it on the Rainlendar window I received the following pop-up-error message “Unable to import the file”. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Hi AlisonPFleckenstein,

I can see one reason why you are having this error, shadow4_cz. s2skin seems that it's not compatible to your Rainlendar so if you really want to import it to your Rainlendar you have download and install the Rainlendar again then try to import shadow4_cz. r2skin if the same problem encounters it means the you cannot import shadow4_cz. r2skin to your computer.
