I need tips on how to use WhiteSmoke, English writing tool

I have a lot of Word files that needs to be proof read and check the number of words.  I plan on using WhiteSmoke for proof reading and grammar checking.  I need tips on how to use WhiteSmoke, English writing tool.  Is there a Language option and is it capable of online checking?

Hi,

WhiteSmoke is a good tool to use when proof reading and doing grammar checks. This tool is very easy to use as you just have paste your document on a particular box which will be shown to you, and by hitting the F2 button you get to see the mistakes done and the errors highlighted. This tool has at least 18 languages from which you can choose from and can only operate when connected to the internet. Perfect grammar is important especially if you are into creating documents. This is also important when writing business letters and having incorrect grammar in the document is kind of awkward. When constructing a sentence, consider subject and verb agreement. Error on this part is very common. If the subject is singular therefore the verb should also be in singular. If the subject is plural, your verb should also be plural. Like for example: “The girl runs on the street.”; and “The girls run on the street.”.
