I need some ipad recovery tool. My ipad was not functioning well for almost two weeks and I am worried. I bring the ipad device to a technician and he told me that he reformatted the device for it to function well. But I didn’t get some back up for my important files stored in the ipad, how can I possibly recover those files?

You should use a data recovery software for this operation. I have also faced this problem. Then I used Wondershare data recovery software. 
I suggest you to use it. This is a very good software and easy to use. You can download this from https://www.wondershare.net/disk-utility/ipad-recovery.html. Download it and then install it in your device. Now follow the steps given below:
1) Run this file on your computer.
2) Do not connect your ipad with any other software or do not sync it with itunes.
3) This software will show all back-up of your computer. Select the back-up of your ipad.
4) Now start scan.
5) After scanning, this will show you the data of ipad. Now select the files that you want to recover and click 'recover'.

Hi,
It's not a big issue just download data recovery from Mac Apple store and follow these instructions to recover your data.Â
1. Install data recovery and then runs it but don't let it sync with iPad while you have to recover data.
2. All backups will be shown to you just choose backup only for your iPad and click on start scan.
3. Now it will show all content in iTunes backup. Now just check one after one which you want to recover just save them.
Make sure save them or you can say backup correctly.
