I have an iPod Nano 6th Generation and I cannot get it to reset. I am pushing the buttons but it is not doing anything. I know it is fully charged but I can't seem to figure out what else I need to do to get the reset done. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you’re having issue with your device. Seems that it is a frozen device. To unfreeze it there are many ways that I can give you to restart your device.
1. Slide the “Hold” switch “On” and “Off.”
2. Press and hold the “Menu” button and “Center” (Select) buttons all together until the Apple logo appears. Try to do this for couple of times to reset your device.
