I need realistic waterfall in flash tutorial

I would like to use an animated GIF image then loop them frame by frame to create a realistic waterfall in flash.  Can I overlay a static image to another layer using Photoshop?  Can someone teach me to make this work?  Thanks.

Hi,

Since you never mentioned which action script version you prefer, I just searched for the best tutorial, and thought a video tutorial was best. I have found this YouTube video tutorial that demonstrates step by step how to create a water fall effect using flash.
