Hi experts,

I am getting the following error message when I attempt an import to 3DS file into swift. What is actually happening? Can I get resolution to fix this issue ASAP? Any help would be really appreciated. Suggest me in detailed solution step by step. I would be thankful to you. Thanks in advance.

Swift 3D has encountered an error while attempting to import the requested 3DS file. The resulting scene may be incomplete Or invalid.

I dont have the exact solution on hand but let's try to narrow down your problem.

Are you using the standalone product or the plugin? Before importing the 3Ds file, try to optimize the model first. And then try to import again. If it can import an optimized 3Ds model, the trouble is in the scene itself, not on the plug-in or the app.
