Hi,

I need a pdf resizing tool Mac. I am used to Windows operating systems but now I was assigned in another group in our company to deal with Mac Os, my employer wants me to study more about Mac operating systems. What is a secure and popular tool for resizing or editing pdf files which is compatible with Mac os?

• Open PDF in Preview
• Print– save as PDF
• Open in Preview
• Save
• Choose Quartz filter and choose reduce file size

I need a PDF resizing tool Mac.

 

You have two options to use to reduce your PDF’s file size.

1. You can use Winrar to compress your files. It reduces the file size greater than the standard compression in MAC. You can download winrar at https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5169-winrar-for-mac.html.

2. You can use Preview.

·         Open preview.

·         Go to File tab. Choose Export.

·         Set your export options. Choose the Quartz Filter Menu and select Reduce File Size.

·         Save your file.
