Does anybody know which video laptop cards are the best? I need it for 3D gaming graphics and/or utilization of Windows Vista, and DirectX 10-compatible. Also please give me the average price of this best card.

I think you are a hard gammer. Radeon HD 4670 is the best AGP based solution, Especially because the 4670 would only play modern games on the lowest settings possible. You may also use ATI HD 4670 AGP.
