How to speed up browsing using Firefox?

Hello guys!

I am a user of Windows. I use Firefox as my default browser and IDM as my default download manager. But when I download anything, I can’t browse using Firefox. I tried by increasing the priority from the task bar, but it doesn’t change anything.

Is there any solution for that, so that I can browse Internet smoothly?

Please help.

How to speed up browsing using Firefox?

When you download anything using the download manager, it takes all the speed of your connection. For IDM it has 16 segments option. So, it is more difficult to get speed.

However, there is a software that can increase your browser speed. It's name is CFOS speed. It is a software that can change your connection settings. It has a great user interface and it can increase your ping. 

If you use this software, then you can change the priority of your browser. 

From its option, go to its program menu. After going there, you can add your browser and change its priority as high. If you want to, you can change your IDM priority to low. That is all you have to do. Now you can browse smoothly. 

If you have the money then you can buy it. Using its illegal version will sometimes give you trouble.

How to speed up browsing using Firefox?

Hello there!

What you need to do is to decrease the download priority on Internet Download Manager so that you can browse faster. To do this:

• Open your IDM.
• Look at the Menu Bar and click Downloads.
• Navigate to Speed Limiter.
• Click Settings
• On the "Maximum Download Speed For One File" box, put your desired speed (of downloading). Remember that it's the limit speed for downloading one file, therefore if you download multiple file, the speed will be the number you put on this box times the number of files being downloaded.
• Check the "Always turn on Speed Limiter on IDM startup"

Now you can browse smoothly even when you're downloading! 🙂
