Hi,

I need a free software to make image smaller. I could not use photosoft as I may not that familiar with it. Could anyone tell me what is the best free software to make images smaller and which is also easy to use?

Please visit http://www.picresize.com/. Picture resize is the best website that makes pictures smaller. After you visit the specified website, then download the software and then click 'select pictures'. It is very easy to use and less time will be needed to make a picture smaller. Therefore, everyone should use picture resize before putting pictures on Facebook and Twitter.

I need a free free software to make image smaller

Hi Cpeter Charles,

If you are using the Microsoft Windows OS, use “Paint” program to edit your image. It is easy to use.

Instructions:

Click on start program, open “paint” program.

Click on the “resize” menu and set the new pixels you want to reduce the size of your image.

Another program is called Picture Resize Starter. You can download it from CNET. It not only resizes pictures but also optimizes them for a particular purpose. You can download it here.

PicResize is also another tool that allows you to resize pictures online.
