I need a database tool generate SQL statements

Hi guys.  Is there a database tool generate SQL statements?  I need to compare 2 databases and generate scripts for each of the database.  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Any help would be highly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hi! I recommend you to use phpmyadmin. This software will allow you to make an admin of the SQL that uses for the web. You can use this to create drop database and tables where you can manage and export data. This software supports Windows 7 and as of now the latest version is 3.5.6
