I’m getting the Disk Check at startup. How to fix it?

I'm getting the disk check at start up these days. Due to this, my PC boots really slow and I have to spend a lot of time for the check to be completed. I don't press any keys because it is not recommended. What can I do to get rid of this error?

Hi, James D Costanza you will receive error like this because of in proper shut down of your unit on your previous shut down, well you can make it stop. You can just skip it. It will not matter any way. But if you don't want to see things like this to happen you will have to defrag your unit. After defrag you cant see like this any more. But if the problem still persist. Just check your hard disk for system error.
