The cause of this error is the Compromised Root Certificates for a single-user subscription product with a serial number. The solution to the error is the HTTPS Inspection could break the certificate revocation check and disable these features for *.autodesk.com.
• To regenerate root certificates, try the following steps:
Step 1: Download the software and install it.
Step 2: Open Certificate Manager by going to Windows Start and type “certmgr.msc” then press Enter.
Step 3: Go to Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates.
Step 4: Remove the certificates by selecting and delete it.
Step 5: Go to Certificate Manager > Trusted Root Certification Authorities. Certificates and from the Action menu, select Refresh.
