0x80092012 error is an Unknown error that means the revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate. The problem is that certutil fails to check the certificate with the error. The certificate received from the remote server has not validated correctly. The error code is 0x80092012. The SSL connection request has failed. The attached data contains the server certificate. The cause of this error is the Compromised Root Certificates for a single-user subscription product with a serial number. The solution to the error is the HTTPS Inspection could break the certificate revocation check and disable these features for *.autodesk.com.

• To regenerate root certificates, try the following steps:

Step 1: Download the software and install it.
Step 2: Open Certificate Manager by going to Windows Start and type “certmgr.msc” then press Enter.
Step 3: Go to Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates.
Step 4: Remove the certificates by selecting and delete it.
