I have a problem installing paint net lighting plugin. I need to install the lighting plug in but it says about installation problem, I am using windows XP operating system in my computer dell desktop. I know you can help me regarding this issue.

Here are the steps to install Paint.NET Plug-in:
First, Download a desired plug-in you want to use, if you have already the file then proceed to the next step
Second, after downloading, copy the downloaded .dll files and go to the directory folder of Paint.NET (for easier access, right click to the shortcut icon of Paint.NET in the desktop then click unto Properties. In the Properties tab, go to shortcut and at the middle part click Find Target as/Open File Location.)
Third, Paste the file inside the folder named as Effects. That's it.
If the Plug-in doesn't show, go to the file then right click to it and then from the General tab, enable Unblock.
Please collect the Plug in file from web. Such as install BoltBait Plug in Pack. We can follow the below procedure to install this Plug in pack When download start it will say Register or Sign in. After register or sign please save the file in your desktop. When you will see down load is complete we have to click open button and it will help us to open a window showing DLL file which we downloaded.
Now select all the files and copy and have to follow all instruction during copy the file. Following this instruction you have to install the Paint Hope your problem will solve.
