I have failed to print from Lotus Notes

Hi TechyV,

My printer HP LaserJet 5000 Series PCL 6 has encountered a problem. I have failed to print from Lotus Notes but I can print with Microsoft Word. What type of problem is it? Have you any idea? Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Hi,

I can be very sure that the issue is not with your printer as you are able to print with Microsoft word.

>>Please make sure your printer is configured with Lotus Notes.

>>If you are attempting to print HTML scripts, it may not print.

>>If you are using a network printer, make sure the network path is associated with the printer port.

>>Click the start button>settings>click printer.

>>Right click properties and click on the details tab.

>>Click on capture printer port button.

>>Select the printer and then type its path.

>>In the Lotus Note printer setup box, please select the printer that you have captured.
