I have a concern regarding my Net Oil Computer

Hi there!

I have a concern regarding my Net Oil Computer. I have 3700 Net Oil Computer and a CMF300 coriolis meter. The coriolis meter is installed on the liquid leg of a 2-phase separator. The coriolis meter calculates the online density using water density and dry oil density.

My problem is that the meter does not seem to calculate the water and oil flow rates the way it should be. I have gone through the user manual and I didn’t find any definition of the calculations.

Could you help me come up with the document that contains the definitions of water cut calculations?

I am looking forward to your response.

Thank you very much.

You may not be using the right procedure to find the calculations, for they are outlined in the Section 2.2.5 of the Micro Motion Series 3000 MVD Transmitter – Net Oil Computer Supplement. This article is part of the Document # MMI-20011276 Rev. A.

If you need to have a look at it, then the URL that has been indicated below will take you to the webpage that will allow you to have a look of those details and download a copy of the same. Just visit this site.

But in case you find problems in doing that, you may need to contact the customer support and let them help you resolve the problem you are experiencing.
