For the last few days I am facing a blue screen problem time and again whenever I tried to work on my computer. I use licensed Kaspersky Internet Security Antivirus also but there is no effect. Do I need to format my current XP version and replace it with an upgraded one or try another option? Please experts, suggest me and help me out.

Choose or Select REGISTRY as shown below:

Sometimes, having a blue screen effect may cause of a corrupted system or either your RAM card or Graphic card breaks.

IF this problem does relate to your OPERATING SYSTEM or WINDOWS, Then you need to REFORMAT/REPROGRAM it to be able to continue your work.

If your computer is a desktop, then it's easy for you to understand what the meaning of a memory dump.

This means that your RAM needs to refresh.

In doing this, you need to unplug and cleaning the tip of the RAM. Cleaning the tip will deliberately make a good access of the hardware to its system thus makes a good communication to RAM and your computer.

You can also transfer it to the other slot after cleaning your RAM.

Do this same as in the Video/Graphic Card.
